Sean was very friendly and did an excellent job with ensuring the buying experience wasn't stressful. My partner and I are very grateful for his help and love our new Subaru! Our dog approves too! Really can't say enough how different the experience with Subaru was than any other competitor dealerships.

I did my research over the course of more than a week. I used Carfax find the kind of vehicle I was looking for and narrowed it down to five or six. I reached out to the dealers to check on the pricing and fees and scheduled a day to go visit dealerships. In the end, I visited a dealerships and test drove five cars that were very similar... all the same make and model close in years and reasonably close in miles. I will be honest it was a long day in my car search was not fun. The fees across all of the dealerships were somewhere between unreasonable and outrageous. The last dealership on my route was Subaru North Orlando. The experience was welcoming and refreshing. We had a great test drive, and when Kathy came back with the numbers, the fees were EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID THEY WOULD BE. I made one minor price adjustment request, and the deal was done. My 10 hour day was finally over. The car was perfectly detailed, I signed the paperwork and drove away in my “new to me” car. We are a three vehicle family, and I know exactly where I'll start next time we are looking.

Working with Kathy was fantastic. I flew in from Boston, MA to purchase from Subaru North Orlando, and they were beyond accommodating. They fielded all of my questions, went outside to capture more pictures of the vehicle when I asked, and worked hard to make the logistics of purchasing from 1,300 miles away as seamless as possible. Everything was as they promised and did not waste any time when it came to closing the deal. Would highly recommend. Their trade offer for my previous vehicle was jarringly low, though that worked out for me as it forced me to sell privately which yielded a value that was 6,500 higher in just 24 hours, which allowed us to move forward with our deal. The staff were all very friendly, informative, and patient, even with unusual requests like those that arise when buying from the other side of the country. They are transparent with numbers and what you see is what you get. A solid experience overall.

Amazing as always, super helpful staff, Parker was my service advisor and helped me get my tires done fast. They even loaned me a charger when my phone died while waiting. Love this dealership! He even brought my tires for me to take a picture of how bald it was, very happy they were able to squeeze me in. Now my tires have tread!

Had a great experience at this dealership. My salesperson, Sean, was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, fun and not pushy like most salesmen are. He made the experience enjoyable. Got a great car for a great price and any questions or concerns I have had since the purchase have been almost immediately addressed. Other car dealership should take notes from this one about how to give their customers a satisfactory and pleasurable car buying experience. I will definitely be referring friends and family to them. I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Subaru recently. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Kendall, my service advisor, was super friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She made check-in easy and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Nate, the technician, did an excellent job with the oil change—quick, efficient, and thorough. It’s always reassuring knowing your vehicle is in good hands. Thanks to Kendall and Nate for making this visit a breeze. Highly recommend this service team!

Working with Kathy Curtis was a breeze! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I am new to Subaru. My first visit was to compare the vehicle with another brand I was considering. Kathy understood and went over all the features on the car and gave me her undivided attention. After leaving the dealer I had a feeling I was going back for the Outback Wilderness because of my experience with Kathy that I did not get at the other dealer. After 2 days of thinking it over, I received a call follow up call from Kathy and I returned to test drive it and left with the car that day because they worked to get me to the payment I wanted to be at. I appreciate the ease of the process! I’m really enjoying my Outback! I love it more every time I drive it! I highly recommend the Subaru brand as well as Kathy and Subaru North Orlando! I’m looking forward to new adventures in my OB! Thanks again!!!
